How does pricing work — is it fixed or based on usage?
Each tier has a fixed monthly base price. For Growth and Enterprise tiers, the base covers a defined scope of operations — additional infrastructure size or complexity may adjust pricing. We scope precisely during the onboarding discovery so there are no surprises at invoice time.
Do you support multi-cloud environments?
Yes. Our Growth and Enterprise tiers support multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We use cloud-agnostic tooling (Terraform, Kubernetes, Datadog) wherever possible so that management complexity doesn't multiply when you span providers.
Can you manage infrastructure you didn't build?
Yes. We conduct an onboarding assessment to understand your existing architecture, document it, identify gaps, and establish monitoring and operational baselines. Most clients onboard within 2–4 weeks regardless of whether we built the original infrastructure.
How does handoff work if we want to bring operations back in-house?
We document everything as we go — runbooks, IaC codebases, incident playbooks, and architecture decision records. If you decide to bring operations in-house, we provide a structured handover including runbook walkthroughs, team training, and a 30-day parallel handover period. There is no lock-in by design.
